Orders that have a "ship to" address in the state of California are charged state sales tax.
Returns
We want
you to be a happy customer. If you're not satisfied with a product that you ordered from us
please return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item. For Christmas returns must be received by January 25th.
To do so, call our Customer
Service Center at (415) 586-8497 to get a Returns Authorization Number. Item(s) must be returned via
UPS or FedEx (not U.S. Mail) in its original packaging with the "RA" number on the outside of the box to:

If a product arrives damaged please call us immediately to let us know.
Shipments refused by customer or addressee will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We do not pay for return shipping if customer decides to return
purchase. We also do not refund cost of shipping on returned items.

Orders
We have anti-fraud safeguards in place and will prosecute those
individuals placing fraudulent orders. We will immediately notify
law enforcement agencies with names and addresses (both ship to
and billing address) of people placing fraudulent orders.
